Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaves (tej patta) and onion rings to taste. Sauté until the onions turn translucent, then add garlic and ginger paste. Fry for about a minute. Add your choice of meat, ShreeKanth Chilli Powder, ShreeKanth Meat Masala, and other spices and seasonings to your preference. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates and the mixture appears well-fried. Add fresh tomato puree, mix well, then add water. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook until you hear 2 whistles. Lower the flame and cook for an additional 25 minutes. Garnish with green chilies and ginger strips before serving.
