For 100 puris: Crush 1 cup of mint leaves, small pieces of ginger, and dry mango powder. Mix this with 1.5 liters of water. Add 3 tablespoons of Shreekanth Pani Puri Masala and salt to taste. Mix well and chill with ice. Stuff the puris with boiled mashed potatoes, chopped onions, boiled grams, and the prepared water mixture, then serve.
