Preparation (for five people): Begin by soaking 100 grams of pigeon chickpeas and 1 tablespoon of grams in water for half an hour. Include chopped vegetables such as brinjal, pumpkin, cabbage, drumstick, etc., and boil them. Heat two tablespoons of oil and add small onion and tomato pieces. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Shreekanth Sambhar Masala and cook thoroughly. Combine this mixture with the previously prepared sambar and cook for 3 minutes. Add jaggery and salt to taste, and serve with idli, dosa, vada, etc.
